BB Squat:
45/10, 65/10, 100/5, 5, 120/5, 125/5 This is starting to be more like it. Quest for 200 is back on.
Stiff leg deadlifts:
45/10, 10, 75/10, 10
One arm row:
15/10, 24/10, 10
Close grip pulldown:
50/10, 70/10, 10
EZbar curls:
20/10, 30/10, 10
abs: 3x10
Going hiking with a colleague later today! Looking forward to both the hike and the company!
